MiniChamps 1:18 - Model sports car - Mercedes-Benz 190 SL Roadster (W121) 1955

Mercedes 190 SL Roadster 1955 red

Mercedes made a master move with the introduction of the Mercedes 190 SL in 1955. An affordable sports car in convertible form after the costly Gullwing 300 SL.

In total, 25,881 examples of the 190 SL were built between 1955 and 1962. After that, the Mercedes 230 SL became its successor.

Many body features of the 300 SL were carried over to the 190 SL. In particular the front end and the flared fenders testify to this.

This now highly sought-after classic costs a fortune... However, buying this offered Mercedes 190 SL need not be an obstacle for you.
