1 The ANRI FORM brand (Italy):
ANRI is historically known for wood sculptures from the Val Gardena (Trentino-Alto Adige). Between the late 1950s and the 1970s it created the ANRI FORM line, dedicated to modern design tableware and accessories.
The peculiarity of this line was the synthesis between Italian mastery of woodworking (often Burmese teak) and organic Scandinavian/Nordic-inspired design, integrating matte or colored ceramic elements.
2 Design and Materials:
The ceramic has a matte/satin finish reminiscent of the era’s artistic production (some ANRI FORM sets also featured collaborations with art ceramics manufacturers such as Bitossi or Italian clay masters).
