Beautiful vintage Japanese deba knife with an authentic look and traditional Japanese engraving on the blade. The knife has a characterful wooden handle with a dark ferrule and shows light signs of use that suit its age. The sturdy, pointed blade is razor-sharp and has a fine traditional edge. A deba was originally designed for processing and filleting fish, and thanks to its robust shape it is a particularly practical kitchen knife. The total length is 29.5 cm.
