This camera, known in Japan as “Zuiko-san,” was the world’s first weatherproof (splashproof) fully automatic compact camera and today enjoys absolute cult status among street photographers.
The heart of the camera is the extremely sharp and bright Olympus Zuiko 35mm f/2.8 lens. It delivers images with outstanding sharpness and beautiful contrast that easily compete with high-end cameras. The “Super” variant offers, compared to the standard model, an improved autofocus, a shorter minimum focus distance, and a more convenient flash control.
Thanks to the robust, splash-protected body, this point-and-shoot camera is the perfect, reliable companion for all weather conditions.
