This Audio-Technica AT835ST has the wonderfully purposeful appearance of a professional location-recording tool, with its long slotted interference-tube body and low-reflectance dark finish.
There are visible scratches, small marks, spotting and general age-related wear on the microphone body. The breakout cable connectors also show some scuffs and traces of use. That said, the AT835ST lettering remains clearly readable, and the honest cosmetic wear gives the set a pleasing working-equipment character rather than detracting from its professional appearance.
The microphone body appears straight in the supplied photographs, and the connector components are present. The original-style case and paperwork add considerable period character to the set.
