Art Deco glass vase “Dans la Forêt” designed by Josef Inwald for Barolac, Czechoslovakia, circa 1934–1939, made of thick pressed glass with a satinised and transparent finish and a high-relief natural forest decoration, 26 cm high, maximum diameter 20 cm, transparent colour, weight 4400 g, in good used condition with minor signs of age and stains.

Made in thick pressed glass, with a satin and transparent finish and a spectacular raised naturalistic decoration depicting a forest: the trunks run vertically along the body of the vase up to the tree canopies, finely formed at the top.
