A refined pair of antique swan-shaped salt cellars in fine porcelain by the renowned R. G. Montigny manufactory - Limoges (France).
The set is distinguished by the elegant color contrast: the exterior features a matte green/dark green emerald glaze (Porcelaines Mates), while the interior is finely mirror-gilded, creating a brilliant light effect.
Set Details:
2 Porcelain Swans: Marked on the back "RG Montigny LIMOGES FRANCE".
Accessories: 2 gold-plated metal spoons + 2 palettes/spatulas (one cut glass/crystal-shaped and one in mother-of-pearl/natural material).
Original Case: Rigid vintage case with a green reptile/leather-effect exterior and white satin interior.
Documentation: Includes the original vintage information sheet with Montigny manufacture maintenance instructions.
Conditions:
Excellent vintage condition, carefully preserved in its original case. The matte finish and the internal gilding are well preserved. Please view the photographs closely to verify every detail and the condition.
