The FD1102 is a receiver for the phonodiffusion system used in Italy at the time. The device is notable for its minimalist square housing of perforated chrome metal, integrated speaker, and distinctive control knobs.

An important example of Italian industrial design from this period. The design is included in the permanent design collection of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York.

Made of chrome-plated metal and plastic. Original power cord included. The original phonodiffusion system is no longer regularly usable.
