Vintage 2008 Fins Bois Cognac, a single cask bottling from La Distillerie Générale, the range of exceptional spirits selected by the cellar masters of the greatest houses.
This eau-de-vie was distilled at the Gallienne distillery in Javrezac and selected by Christophe Valtaud, Cellar Master of Cognac Martell. Matured in a new fine-grained oak barrel, it was decanted in Eauze on 1 December 2017.

Tasting notes (producer): golden yellow colour. Expressive nose opening on brioche pastry, vanilla, honey and brown sugar, lifted by fine spices and a hint of coconut. On the palate, a fruity balance, rounded oak, and vanilla and spice notes intertwined with linden and chamomile, with remarkably subtle tannins.
