This unique set of 5 bottle hangers includes Dutch and English examples from the 19th and 20th centuries. The hangers display various inscriptions such as "Madeira", "Whiskey", and "Port".
- Contents of the set:
1. 5067: Bottle hanger (Jan Boon, Schoonhoven, 1906–1925) – 11 grams, Hebrew inscription.
2. 5068: Bottle hanger (Widow Johannes Paulus Paulidus, Wolvega, 1883–1906) – 13 grams, inscription "Madeira".
3. 5071: Bottle hanger (H.B & Co, Birmingham, 1912) – 7 grams, inscription "Whiskey".
4. 5074: Bottle hanger (unknown, probably 20th century) – 10 grams, assay mark Z1.
5. 5075: Bottle hanger (unknown, early 19th century) – 13 grams, inscription "Port". Not assayed. Probably low content or no silver.
