This sturdy SLR camera from the early 1980s makes photography child’s play. You set the aperture and the camera provides the right shutter speed. In the viewfinder you can follow that. The camera warns when the shutter speed becomes too long. The motor drive (6 AAA batteries) advances the film (1 fps) and also cocks the shutter. Apart from the shutter auto, there is a mechanical shutter of 1/90 sec. The standard lens developed especially for the EM from the Series-E group is very sharp and is still used in the newer versions. The whole kit works flawlessly and weighs 864 grams.
