Export porcelain plate from China in the Qianlong period (c. 1750–1770), blue under-glaze floral and geometric design with a 23 cm diameter, unmarked verso and a circular unglazed foot.

Export porcelain plate - East India Company - blue and white, Qianlong period.
Export porcelain plate, traditionally referred to as the East India Company, hand-painted in cobalt blue under glaze.
In the center it features a floral arrangement with peonies, chrysanthemums, foliage and small branches, partially tied with ribbons. The rim is decorated with alternating floral reserves on a band of interlaced geometric pattern, outlined by concentric lines.
China, Qing Dynasty, Qianlong period, circa 1750–1770. Back without mark, with a circular unglazed foot.
Condition: Generally good overall. Shows light signs of use and some irregularities typical of hand-fired production.
