For a reason: If, despite careful packing, your lot arrives damaged, have the damage documented in writing by your delivery person immediately and please take detailed photos.

According to EU law for courier companies, in the case of damaged international shipments the RECIPIENT must report the damage to their local supplier within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Only after the RECIPIENT (you) has received a damage certificate can I as the sender claim compensation. Please do not bid if you do not accept this.

If you still want to bid on a lot from me, I ask for a 100% accurate address (Please check in the Catawiki account) to ensure reliable delivery of the package. If the package cannot be delivered properly, substantial costs (postage, customs and taxes) for return to me will be incurred. I will reclaim these costs.
