Dallmeyer lens 1864 no 8586 Brass lens

Beautiful Dallmeyer landscape lens from 1864. Serial number 9586. The objective (this type has 1 lens element at the back of the objective) is clean without scratches, the exterior looks wonderful as well. The revolving diaphragm works fine. With original lens cap and mounting ring or flange. The lens can thus be attached directly to a camera. Very early, so the type number is not yet on it, but I think it is a No. 2. Length of the lens is 6 cm and the width is 5.6 cm. The lens itself is 5 cm wide. The focal length of the No. 2 is 21.9 cm. There is a small bent portion of the thread on the bottom of the lens—see photo. Nothing is visible when the flange is tightened, and the thread also works fine; the lens can be unscrewed from the flange without problems and re-attached.
