Description from the seller
Stunning and sought-after 4 Reales coin minted under the reign of José I Bonaparte (usurper king) in the year 1811. A fundamental piece of Spanish numismatics from the 19th century, highly prized by collectors due to its brief and tumultuous period of issue.

Reverse: Crowned shield of arms of Spain with the emblems of the dominions, flanked by the value 4 R. and bordered by the legend ·HISPANIARUM · ET · IND · REX ·.
Technical details:
Country / Period: Spain / Reign of José I Bonaparte (1811).
Denomination: 4 Reales (Medium Cupronickel). [Note: Original says Medio Duro; in English we would say Medium Silver? If in doubt, keep as “Medium Hard silver” — but “Medio Duro” traditionally refers to “half duro” meaning 2 reales? Here keep as in original: “Medium Duro”.]
