The medallions, rendered in a light, color-shifting thread, stand out in light relief against the compact crimson red background, creating a rich, scenographic effect with strong decorative presence.

The palette is intense yet bright: the deep red of the background converses with the light golden-sand tone of the jacquard design, which shifts hue with the light, producing a textured, color-changing effect of high quality.
