Fruit basket - .800 silver - Basket / Table centerpiece

Elegant center-piece basket with a curved handle and a stem-base in Art Deco style, made entirely in solid 800 silver of Italian manufacture (Padua district).
The piece features a clean, elegant line, typical of vintage design, ideal as a fruit bowl, candy dish, or collectible decorative item.
The base bears the "800" mark in an oval and the silversmith’s assay mark with a star and provincial code, visible on the base.
The basket retains its original vintage patina with natural oxidation in golden/brown tones. Since this is merely superficial oxidation of the silver, the item can be easily polished and restored to its original shine at the purchaser’s discretion.
