A living, well-structured rug from Afghanistan, with a clearly organized motif consisting of color squares arranged in a checkerboard pattern.

The squares display a varied color palette with shades of red, green, blue, yellow, and beige. The broad solid border in warm red frames the motif and gives the rug overall harmony.

With dimensions of about 350 × 250 cm, the rug presents a generous, versatile format for a room.

It was crafted towards the end of the 20th century and is made of wool.

The rug is in very neat and attractive condition overall. You can lay it out immediately.

Un tapis vivant et bien structuré d'Afghanistan, avec un motif clairement organisé composé de carrés de couleurs disposés en damier. 

Les cases affichent une palette de couleurs variées avec des nuances de rouge, vert, bleu, jaune et beige. La large bordure unie en rouge chaud encadre le motif et confère au tapis une harmonie générale.  

Avec des dimensions d'environ 350 × 250 cm, le tapis se présente dans un format généreux, polyvalent dans une pièce. 

Il a été fabriqué vers la fin du XXe siècle et est en laine.
