Solid antique table in solid wood, characterized by four turned legs, a large front drawer and a distinctive transformable top.

The table features an interesting opening system: the upper top can be rotated counterclockwise on the base and then opened like a book, doubling the available surface. Once opened it reaches about 115 × 146 cm, transforming from a compact table into a large dining table.

The construction is sturdy, with the frame and top in solid wood; inside you can see the frame structure and the boards that make up the piece. The internal space can be used to easily contain tablecloths or dishes. It shows small imperfections and normal wear compatible with its age and use, clearly documented in the photographs. The piece is solid and preserves a pleasant patina.

A particularly versatile and decorative piece, interesting both for its traditional construction and for the ingenious book-opening system.

Given the dimensions I do not ship; pickup is entirely at the buyer's expense.
The pickup city is Reggio Emilia; considering the size and sturdiness of the table, the buyer must come with an appropriate vehicle and provide protective coverings/plastic wrap and straps to protect and secure it during transport; assistance will be provided for moving and loading.
