We present an elegant Beijing Chinese rug, Aubusson style, crafted during the 1970s-1980s.
It is woven in wool on a cotton base using the manual tufting technique. In this system, the wool is inserted by hand into the base and fixed on the back with a special adhesive compound. Finally, a protective textile lining is added to provide stability and protect the entire underside structure.
