Early 17th‑century tin-glazed earthenware tile from the Netherlands, depicting a dog in a scalloped frame with Wan-Li corner ornaments, about 13 by 13 cm, 1.2 cm thick, 373 g, in good used condition with signs of age and small glaze losses.

Dating and workmanship
Dating: ca. 1620–1640
Origin: Netherlands
Material: tin-glazed earthenware
Dimensions: about 13 × 13 cm
Thickness: about 1.2 cm
Decoration: leaping dog in a scalloped surround, with Wan-Li corner ornaments
Color: cobalt blue on white
Condition
The tile is in its original, used state, with aging and wear appropriate for a tile about four centuries old. There are small edge chips and glaze loss visible on the edges/corners. The painting/decoration is still clearly present.
There are, as far as can be seen, no indications of modern restoration.
