Description from the seller

This extraordinary roll of original vintage fabric "Made in England" represents a true piece of textile antiquity. With generous dimensions of 110 cm in width and a full 7 meters in length (700 cm), this remnant offers an exceptional quantity of material, guaranteed to be 100% cotton and treated with a Crease Resist Finish for maximum practicality.
The pattern is a refined chalked motif on a dark green background, enriched by a delicate floral design with small buds and stems. The details of the buds stand out in a lively and fresh violet, creating a unique color contrast with a typically British flavor.
The quality of English cotton is renowned: the fabric is lightweight, breathable, and pleasant on the skin, while maintaining excellent drape and a fluid hand. The anti-crease finish makes it extremely easy to handle both in sewing and in daily washing (machine washable at 48°C).
With 7 meters at disposal, the possibilities for use are immense. In clothing, it is the ideal choice for old-fashioned tailoring: perfect for making complete outfits, chemisier dresses, shirts for men or women, summer suits, or knee-length skirts with striking pleats.
For interior design and home use, the yardage allows for complete, coordinated projects, such as bespoke curtain sets, decorative cushions, elegant tablecloths, or upholstery for retro-chic furnishings.
A rare opportunity for collectors and creatives to acquire an authentic English fabric, versatile and of the highest craftsmanship.
