Polydor-Electrola - Polyfar 78 rpm gramophone player

Beautiful old Polydor suitcase gramophone, probably from around 1929 / early 1930s.

The gramophone features the original Polydor mechanism and a POLYDOR MICA soundbox. Suitable for old 78 rpm shellac records. The green carrying case and parts are in used, authentic condition with the usual signs of wear and aging that belong to a specimen nearly 100 years old.

I have not been able to locate the exact model number. Based on the appearance and components, it is a Polydor suitcase gramophone from this period; possibly from the Gramola series.

Given its age, it shows visible signs of use. The soundbox has, among other things, lacquer loss.
