"Urio" modular bookcase designed in 1957 by Ico Parisi for MIM, Rome. The bookcase is composed of two modules, each equipped with back panels, sold as an optional extra and rarely found today. The bookcase can be assembled in a variety of ways, with or without back panels. If the back panels are removed, the metal support structures will be exposed. You can also play with the positioning of the individual elements, choosing their placement according to your needs. The different finish colors create a striking contrast, deliberately juxtaposed to create a harmonious balance between the different wood types. In the dark finishes, the sides are light, creating a seamless transition between the shades. The bookcase has been fully finished and polished, ready for display.
