Villeroy & Boch - Table service for 12 (68) - Earthenware

Table service for 12 people in 68-piece faience from the Villeroy & Boch Mettlach factory, France Saar.
Vintage ivory color adorned with a gold vine frieze and a border on the edges.
The green stamp on the back indicates the Saar Economic Union with France dating from 1947.

22 flat plates Ø 23.5 cm
15 deep plates Ø 23 cm.
9 dessert plates Ø 18.5 cm.
1 tureen H 20 with its lid Ø 20 cm.
2 round dishes Ø 27 cm.
2 small oval dishes length 22 cm width 15 cm.
1 sauce boat length 16 cm width 9 cm height 7.5 cm.
1 teapot H 20 cm with its lid Ø 7.5 cm.
1 sugar bowl H 10 cm with its lid Ø 6 cm.
1 jug H 9 cm Ø 7.5 cm.
5 cups Ø 8.5 cm H 5 cm.
5 saucers Ø 13.5 cm.
The service is about 80 years old; there are no cracks or chips, only along the rims of the flat plates there is some loss of gilding as well as on the sauce boat. Please view the photos for more details.
