Bandai - 4 Card - One Piece TCG - Blackbeard Pirates Bundle - Blackbeard Pirates Alt Art Parallel Duo - Burgess & Shiryu -

A focused two-card lot of alternate art (parallel) cards from Premium Booster ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST Vol. 2 (PRB-02), Japanese edition, built around the Blackbeard Pirates.

Both cards are the parallel printings, not the base versions. The alternate art treatment runs the illustration edge to edge across the whole card, with the effect text and name bar overlaid directly on the artwork instead of sitting in a separate frame, finished with the premium foil used for PRB-02 parallels. These versions are pulled at a much lower rate than the base prints and are the ones collectors and deck builders actively look for.

Jesus Burgess OP09-086 shows the Blackbeard Pirates helmsman mid-flex in the Corrida Colosseum, illustrated by kankurou. Shiryu PRB02-015 captures the former Impel Down chief warden drawing his blade through a purple slash effect, illustrated by Katsuo Tadano.

Beyond the display value, the two work together in play. Both are 4-cost black Characters with 5000 power and a +1000 counter, and both key off a Leader with the Blackbeard Pirates type: Burgess cannot be K.O.'d by opponent effects and scales with your trash, while Shiryu gains Blocker and +4 cost and removes an opposing Character when K.O.'d. They slot directly into the same Blackbeard deck, so the lot suits a competitive player as much as a collector.
