Clock - Alfa Romeo - Dashboard clock - 1935

Car clock for an Alfa Romeo 6C; its model, graphics, and type classify it as either the 6C 2300 Mille Miglia or the 6C 2300B.
Brand Veglia.
Excellent condition, original in every part.
Fully functional, it keeps a charge for 8 days.
The precision is that of a mechanical clock from the era; dismantled from a car years ago, a service might be advisable, although it shows no signs of fatigue.
The case back bears the Veglia code and the original Alfa mounting clips; it has not been modified for mounting on other vehicles.
It can also be a beautiful display piece or a desk clock.

On one side there is the window for dial illumination.

It can be mounted and looks splendid also on earlier and later 6Cs, Alfa Romeo trucks, and the Alfa 1900/Giulietta.
This specimen dates to the 1930s, but Veglia produced it into the post-war period.
