Description:
Fascinating vintage-design floor lamp (free-standing) dating from the 1970s, attributable to the famous manufacture and the Leucos / Giusto Toso style.
Features and Design:
Diffuser: The spherical glass diffuser features a double globe/cup: an outer transparent (or smoked transparent) sphere enclosing an inner diffuser in white opaline frosted glass, held with elegant metal pins/arcs.
Structure: Slender stem and solid circular base in chrome metal.
Electrical components: Vintage transparent cord with original pedal-operated dimmer/intensity controller (model PUNTO A) and transparent plug.
Conditions: The lamp is in good vintage condition. The glass is intact, without cracks or chips. The metal structure and chrome base show light, natural signs of aging/oxidation consistent with its age (as visible in the photo). Electrical system functioning.
