A set of four chairs in wood with burl veneers of walnut root and pau-santo, Victorian style, backrest with raised-relief decoration featuring vegetal elements and a central medallion, upholstery and seat covered in beige satin damask fabric. Signs of use, veneer flaws, one chair with a broken backrest, traces of inactive wood-borers, flaws and defects. French production, 19th century.

Conjunto de quatro cadeiras em madeira e folheadas a raiz de nogueira e pau-santo, estilo Vitoriano, encosto com decoração relevada com elementos vegetalistas e medalhão ao centro, estofo e assento forrado a tecido acetinado adamascado de cor bege. Sinais de uso, falhas no folheado, uma cadeira com encosto partido, vestigios de xilófagos inativos, falhas e defeitos. Produção Francesa, séc. XIX.
