10 flat plates
5 soup plates
10 dessert plates
1 tureen
1 salad bowl.
A huge success for Richard-Ginori in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s is this product in earthenware, first in Mondovì and then in Laveno. The design of the shape, with soft, relaxed lines, is attributed to Cesare Lacca, who created one of the first decors born for this service, with views of Capri houses. Later the Paola form was mainly paired with vibrant floral decorations (as in this case).
Each plate is finely hand-painted.
They are true works of art.
Good condition, with signs of use and time and craquelé typical of this type of ceramic.
