Conus aulicus, Quality Fine+++, Size/Length 93 mm, Hammer patterning with dark pattern. This impressive cone snail, also known as "Conus aulicus," hails from the tropical waters of the Indo-Pacific, especially from the coasts of East Africa to Hawaii. The Conus aulicus is known for its striking pattern and the dark color variations that appear like mosaics on its shell. This species is among the rarer cone snails and is highly sought after by collectors. A notable feature of this snail is its stout cone with pronounced patterns, reminiscent of ancient works of art.
