French root-figured oak nightstand with expandable leaves - 19th century. This beautiful rare nightstand is in very good condition. As it should be, it features a beautiful mirror. On one side it is fitted with drawers and on the other side a drop-front cabinet where the powder was stored. In the drawers the previous owner fitted cutlery organizers. These do not originally belong to the piece. When the leaf is extended, the size is approximately 55 x 75 cm. Height approximately 76 cm.
