Original Eames Lounge Chair with Ottoman – Vitra
I am offering an original Eames Lounge Chair including Ottoman from Vitra.
The chair comes from family ownership and was acquired already in the 1980s. We have known it in our uncle's household for much longer, however. So at purchase there is a charming little family story included for free. ;)
Due to its origin, the version and the construction details, this is very likely an early vintage model.
The chair is in good, well-kept vintage condition with age-related signs of wear. The original leather shows a beautiful, authentic patina. The wooden shells show a warm, reddish-brown veneer with characteristic grain.
The chair is missing a button. Also there are two very small veneer chips. Both are visible in the detail photos.
