Round side table with a white stone top (marble or similar), an surrounding brass gallery, and floral decoration on the frame and lower shelf. Elaborate floral marquetry (wood inlay) with finely engraved details, partially color-accented. Three curved legs with gilded bronze fittings (flower/fruit pendants).
According to the assessment by Geza Lévi, Hargesheimer Kunstauktionen Düsseldorf GmbH: “The flower table is a piece of furniture in the French style (Napoleon III / Louis XVI direction).”
Dimensions: Height approx. 75.5 cm • Top diameter approx. 40 cm • Stand width approx. 48 cm
Condition: Signs of aging and use as visible in the photos, including fine cracks in the veneer on the legs, light stains on the stone top, and aging and wear to the metal fittings. Since the table has been in my possession, no repairs have been carried out. I cannot provide information about any earlier restorations.
