this is a beautiful very old French children's chair made of bamboo and rattan

it is from the late 19th century, about 1890/1900, and is in Jugendstil or Art Nouveau style

the construction is still in good condition, but on the back there are burn marks; it has presumably stood too close to a fireplace or was saved from a fire!

dit is een mooi héél oud Frans kinderstoeltje gemaakt in Bamboe en Rotan 
het is uit het eind van de 19e eeuw  ca 1890/1900  en is in Jugenstil of art-Nouveau  stijl 
de construktie is nog in prima staat maar aan de achterkant heeft het wat  lijkt op brandvlekken , het heeft waarzchijnlijk te dicht bij een open haardvuur gestaan of is gered uit een brand !
