Grand historic tablecloth in pure linen with wonderful Burano lace. Its embroidery is truly works of art. Burano is one of the world’s most renowned laces, with traditional features peculiar to and specific to the island of Burano in Venice, where a famous lace museum is housed, consisting of real decorations and stitches that require a high level of technical execution. Made exclusively by hand, both the lace and the embroidery, dating to the 1960s, and it was part of a luxurious bridal trousseau. It has been kept with excellent care and has never been used.
Perfect condition. It preserves the characteristic texture of new fabrics.
Color: ecru
