Côte d'Or commemorative chocolate tin from the Brussels World Exhibition of 1935. The original hinged lid features a striking Art Deco lithographed view of the Grand Palais (Palais du Centenaire) at the Heysel exhibition grounds, with the inscription “BRUXELLES 1935”. The front carries the historic Brussels coat of arms depicting Saint Michael defeating the dragon. The underside retains the classic Côte d'Or elephant emblem with “Déposé 1883”.
