Antique cystoscope set from Germany by Zeiss-Kollmorgen, in good condition with minor signs of age and spots; 30-degree optical system, chrome body, 482 g, complete with wooden box.
Description from the seller
Complete antique medical cystoscope set (bladder examination instrument) from the 1930s/40s of the previous century. The instrument is manufactured by the well-known Berlin-based Sass, WOLF & Co. and is equipped with a high-quality optical system from Zeiss-Kollmorgen (clearly marked with the ZK logo). The instrument is in an unusually beautiful, glossy condition with minimal signs of use and virtually no corrosion on the chrome components. The set has been checked by a practicing urologist, who has confirmed that the set is complete and equipped with the original 30-degree optics. The optics are clear and intact. Wooden storage box (24 x 10 x 5 cm) with a functioning lock. Main instrument (shaft) with double spool and working channels including the mechanical valves. Original Zeiss-Kollmorgen 30-degree optics (eyepiece). Accompanying mandrel/closing rod with a round knob. Original glass storage tube with authentic Bakelite cap (originally intended for spare bulbs—not present). The small accessory compartment in the case is empty (the historical power cable is missing, as is almost always the case with these sets).
