Splendid and monumental special edition of a volume (divided into two parts/volumes) dedicated to the famous cycle of the "Biblical Message" by Marc Chagall. The work offers an in-depth historical-artistic analysis of the Maestro's canvases, watercolors, and pastels, accompanied by dozens of high-quality color reproductions of typographic excellence, and comes with its original rigid slipcase.

Binding: hardcover in full yellow cloth with titles impressed on the front and the spine. Blue cloth slipcase.

The cover is in excellent condition, with only small and very light stains/grubbiness on the spine. The top board is splendid.
