Rare liturgical set. Thurible and Navicella from the late 18th to early 19th century.
Elegant liturgical replica consisting of a pierced thurible with chain and a censer-holding navicella on a brass foot, lacking silvering, finely chased; in silvered brass with rich decoration of volutes, vegetal motifs and ornaments in a late Baroque taste. It preserves a suggestive patina of its time; there are some old restorations, and it is an Italian manufacture from the late 18th - early 19th century.
Dimensions of the thurible: height 25 cm, width 13 cm, base diameter 9 cm.
Dimensions of the navicella: height 17 cm, width 20 cm, base diameter 9 cm.
