Invader - Invasion Los Angeles 2.1 - 2016

Invader is a French street artist and mosaicist, born in France in 1969. Since 1996 he has installed a series of Space Invaders, created in mosaics, on the walls of major international metropolises.
Paris, London, Hong Kong, NYC or even Kathmandu, it’s almost a hundred cities that have been the playground of the mysterious Invader. Paris alone counts more than 1000 Space Invaders. They are on all 5 continents, underwater, in the savannah and one of them has even been sent into space. Invader describes his work as a meeting between pixels and mosaic, virtual game and reality, screen and architecture, a viral art that would seize our visual universe.
Day after day the invasion continues...
