The protagonists are two presences that should not be together and for this reason cannot be looked away from. A woman with her hair gathered and adorned with golden flowers tightly holds a white tiger with the natural ease of someone who has found in the wild her only peace. The tiger yields to the embrace with eyes closed, head tilted on the woman’s shoulder, enormous paws bending with an improbable and moving gentleness. There is no fear. No distance. There is only that suspended moment in which two worlds dissolve into each other.
