Stupendous travel icon made of silver in Baroque style, the central medallion depicts the Madonna with Child, with rich repoussé work and engraving surrounding it showing angels, cherubs and vegetal motifs.

Excellent Italian craftsmanship from the second half of the 20th century, punch marks visible in the photo.
