Akai - AM-2400, Vintage Solid state integrated amplifier

Akai AM-2400 vintage integrated stereo amplifier in rarer black version, built in Japan (circa 1976–1979). Technically in 100% good working condition and visually in neat vintage condition with light signs of use in line with the age.
This amplifier from Akai’s highly regarded AM-series is characterized by a heavy metal front panel, sturdy knobs and a fully discrete analog design. Sonically, the AM-2400 delivers a full, warm and dynamic sound with a tightly controlled low end and a calm, detailed high end. Equipped with an adjustable tone control with switchable crossover frequencies (turnover switches), extensive filter options and an excellent phono input for turntables.
