Description from the seller
Natural emerald – 2.71 ct – IGI-certified – Russian Ural Mine
Beautiful natural emerald with 2.71 carats in the classic emerald cut. According to the IGI certificate, the gemstone originates from the Ural region in Russia, a historically well-known emerald deposit. Emeralds from this region are particularly sought after due to relatively limited mining and market availability, and are considered intriguing by collectors.
The stone has eye-clean clarity, very good transparency, and a minor oil treatment (Minor Oil), which is common in natural emeralds. Its elegant light- to medium-green color and high-quality cut provide appealing brilliance.
