Schorsch Eisbock 13%

A powerful and highly concentrated Eisbock with a rich, warming character. The traditional Eisbock process produces an intense beer with pronounced malt and alcohol notes.

Taste profile: rich malt, caramel, dried fruit, raisins and plums, with a warming alcoholic finish and subtle sweetness.

Food pairing: Excellent with venison and other game dishes, beef, hearty stews, strong mature cheeses and dark chocolate desserts. It can also be enjoyed slowly on its own as a digestif-style beer.

Schorsch Weizenbock 13%

A particularly strong and full-bodied wheat bock combining the fruity character of a traditional Weizenbock with the intensity of a high-strength beer.

Alcohol: 13% ABV
IBU: approx. 25
Taste profile: full-bodied and malty, with fruity wheat-beer notes, hints of banana and clove, caramel and a warming finish.

Food pairing: Pairs well with roast pork, poultry, hearty sausages, mature cheeses and desserts containing caramel, vanilla or chocolate.

Schorsch Bock 13%

A powerful, malt-forward Bock with considerable body and depth. The high alcohol content gives the beer a warming character, while the malt provides rich sweetness and complexity.

IBU: approx. 28
Taste profile: rich malt, caramel, toffee and dark bread notes, balanced by a gentle hop bitterness and a warming finish.

Food pairing: Particularly suitable with steaks, grilled meats, roast beef, hearty meat dishes, smoked foods and rich stews.
