Original Gucci high-top sneakers, size IT 40 = UK 6 = 25 cm, a high-top model with a strong sporty and retro character, made in a refined combination of navy blue technical fabric/canvas, leather inserts and contrasting details, with a particularly elaborate construction and immediately recognizable as an expression of Gucci style.
The upper is mostly made of robust dark blue fabric with an evident weave, enriched by ivory fabric trims that follow and emphasize the lines of the shoe. On the sides lies the iconic Gucci Web stripe in blue and red, perfectly integrated into the structure and able to confer a strong identity to the model. The high lacing is composed of navy blue laces inserted into numerous silver-tone eyelets, while the toe and heel are reinforced with blue leather inserts.
A particularly original element is the high red perforated fabric collar, finished with visible edging and stitching, which creates a decisive color contrast with the blue of the upper and recalls the red shade of the side Web. The construction is further enriched by small circular metal elements applied laterally to the lower part, a technical-detail touch that emphasizes the vintage character of the model.
The rubber sole features an ivory midsole and a dark blue outsole with a large Gucci signature stamped on the bottom, accompanied by the Made in Italy production indications. At the back of the midsole is also the Gucci cursive signature, another distinctive detail of the Maison. The shoe is internally completed by a blue leather insole with Gucci branding.
The soles appear well preserved and with limited wear.
Restored and ozone-sanitized.
