Günthermann - Tin toy - The Banjo Player - 1900-1910 - Germany

This Gunthermann, rarely offered, is in a played but neat condition; the clockwork runs perfectly, and it also has a little pinging sound, and he moves his guitar and the man's hat also moves from front to back. Where it is a hand-painted piece more than 100 years old, the patina is truly superb. Yes, it has been played with, but the item is a very nice addition to your cabinet/display; in photos it may look less impressive than in real life. The Gunthermann stands 20 cm tall.
