AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Baccarat Engraved Crystal Decanter Early 20th Century.
An elegant antique crystal decanter by Baccarat, distinguished by its beautifully balanced pear-shaped body, long slender neck and large faceted stopper.
The clear, luminous crystal is decorated with exceptionally fine engraved ornamentation. Delicate flowers and foliage are intertwined with graceful scrolling lines and architectural motifs, creating a refined composition reminiscent of the late Belle Époque and early Art Nouveau aesthetic. The decoration is repeated around the body and neck, giving the piece an especially harmonious and sophisticated appearance.
The large multi-faceted stopper catches and refracts the light beautifully, while the generous proportions and substantial weight of the crystal reflect the exceptional quality traditionally associated with Baccarat production.
Excellent antique condition, with light traces of time and careful use, including fine surface marks and slight internal haze or deposits visible under strong lighting. No chips or cracks are visible. As expected for an early Baccarat piece produced before the systematic use of acid-etched signatures, it is unsigned.
A magnificent and highly decorative example of historic French crystal craftsmanship. The photographs form an integral part of the description.
