Antique Adams "Minuet" Tea Set — Real English Ironstone porcelain, Staffordshire, classic black-and-white motif

**Description**

A tea set that carries the restrained elegance of mid-20th century English porcelain. The pattern "Minuet", in black and white, recreates classic scenes of buildings and lakeside landscapes, with figures in the foreground — a design that Adams & Sons inherited from J. Meir & Son’s nineteenth-century engravings and reinterpreted in its own Staffordshire production.

Produced by William Adams & Sons, a firm founded in 1657 and a member of the Wedgwood group, each piece is stamped as "Real English Ironstone" and "Member of the Wedgwood Group", placing its manufacture after 1966.

**Condition**
All pieces show crazing, typical of the porcelain of their era. The teacups also show interior wear marks.
